A COHESIVE COMMUNITY

It's important for our scheme to sit well within the community. We have therefore sought to design a cafe space on Gas Lane that is welcoming and inclusive. We hope that this will become a community hub and facilitate interaction between our students and those local to the area. 

Let us know if you have any suggestions to help us create a great neighbourhood feel and any good causes or projects we can get involved in.

SUPPORT FOR EXISTING AND NEW BUSINESS

As the area changes, we understand the need to retain fantastic employment and creative work spaces to provide a diverse range of uses within Temple Quarter. For this reason we have designed a series of flexible commercial spaces off Freestone Road that will be targeted at existing business and startups.

GETTING AROUND SAFELY AND SUSTAINABLY

We all want a safe and stress free commute, whether that be for business, study or pleasure, and we understand the perceived pressures on existing networks that student accommodation brings. 

Rest assured we have taken measures to ensure our students are moving around either on foot or via an alternate mode of transport, as we will not be providing car parking as part of this scheme, nor offering parking permits. We are also proposing road and footpath improvements on both Gas Lane and Freestone Road, to improve pedestrian safety and ease congestion, whilst retaining the historic cobbles on Freestone Road and exploring connections through to Dings Park.

We would love to hear your concerns and suggestions regarding any other possible improvements.

ACCOMMODATION WITH A PURPOSE

Through our all-inclusive rent, hassle-free online booking, fantastic amenities and jam-packed social events calendar, students have a home away from home, and are free to focus on their studies and getting the best out of their Uni years.

As a purpose built and managed student scheme we are able to actively tackle issues of loneliness and help to promote well being and positive mental health through a combination of well designed and inclusive amenity space and events programmes tailored to facilitating a strong community.

By locating the scheme a stone's throw from the new University Campus we are hoping to help tackle Bristol's growing problem with HMO student accommodation by providing them with a much needed alternative.
